Amazon.co.uk alice in wonderland 1951. 15/01/2007 · Alice In Wonderland (1951) Review By Christopher Null It's a little sad to think that many kids today know Alice in Wonderland only from its references in The Matrix ., Alice features more of its source's dialogue and plot mechanics than perhaps any other of the studio's movies, save for The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.. As a film, 1951's Alice in Wonderland stands as a triumph in artistry. The colorful, surreal animation is pure eye candy far ahead of its time. The songs are chipper, memorable, and have an interesting way of blending with dialogue.

The guys at Disney are animation legends producing alot of legendary hits such as The Lion King , The Little Mermaid , Peter Pan and Sleeping Beauty among many others but one of the films that the company refused to talk about for some time is the very film i'm going to talk about right now here is my review of Alice In Wonderland. Alice in Wonderland (2010) 140 Character Movie Review – #140RVW I was surprised to read that this picture wasn’t successful critically or commercially, since I’ve always loved it & held it in high regard.

This is one in a series of reviews that will eventually be posted for every Alice in Wonderland title available on Amazon. When the Tim Burton rendition of AIW with Johnny Depp was due out in 2010 I thought it might be a good time to go back and watch the benchmark Walt Disney production from 1951, which I saw -or assumed I saw- as a child. The Disney version (1951) lightens and sweetens Lewis Carroll's tale, but what's really disappointing is the undistinguished animation: the film looks and plays more like the Disney shorts than the Disney features, though the Cheshire Cat (voiced by Sterling Holloway) is a small masterpiece of elusive menace.
