Write a review for a tour I booked via Viator. Hello. I'd like to write I review for this tour: https:/… It was booked through TA but apparently using Viator. I cannot find a review button. I am not sure if using Viator has anything to do with it., They of course apologized, but it wasn't their fault or in their control. They said the tickets I had been sold were sold out 2 days ago! I am taking the time to review and write this because this company "Viator.com" is lying and selling false goods! On top of it they advertise they sell special discounted rates and that is also a lie..

Booked and had a good day , sent me email saying that my booking was fraudulent for no reason, rang the bank they had no idea , emailed Viator as they have no phone number , checked reviews and seems they do this and keep the momey, rang the bank disputed the transcactions will contact the operator in Nz myself . They of course apologized, but it wasn't their fault or in their control. They said the tickets I had been sold were sold out 2 days ago! I am taking the time to review and write this because this company "Viator.com" is lying and selling false goods! Booked and had a good day , sent me email saying that my booking was fraudulent for no reason, rang the bank they had no idea , emailed Viator as they have no phone number , checked reviews and seems they do this and keep the momey, rang the bank disputed the transcactions will contact the operator in Nz myself . Been trying to contact Viator for a week tried email 4 times, twitter twice, Facebook once, no response, can't call them as in the UK I have used Viator a few times now on trips to the USA, but I can't see myself using them again, very poor after service. Viator is poorly managed and inaccessible when needed and should be avoided if at all possible. They will probably write some bland, meaningless apology in response to this review but they shouldn't bother because the damage has already been done. I will never use them again. Viator Is a Great Service. Viator is a terrific resource for anyone planning what to see and do in foreign lands. And Viator tells you what day trips are available, how long they last, where they start, what you will see, and how to book them. Hi Pam. This thread isn;t really for leaving reviews about Viator, it's for help and advice in using the TA website. If you look at the opening post from October last year, you'll see it was all about HOW to write a review on a Viator tour, which isn't possible on TA.
